STB SCHEME

SPECIAL SITI SCHEME

Service and Support Charges (Rs.)	Rs. 684/- for SD STB and Rs. 900/- for HD STB+ GST @ 18% Extra
Refundable Deposit	Rs. 100/- refundable on returning the STB in good, working condition with accessories
Activation Charges	Rs.100 per STB + GST @ 18% Extra
Repair Charges	No repair charges for 36 months. Actual repair charges as per Company policy beyond 36 months.

All prices above are exclusive of GST and other taxes, as applicable.

No repair and maintenance charges shall be applicable for first 36months, provided STB has been used in normal working conditions and is not tampered with.
The STB at all times remain property of Siti Networks/MSO and need to be returned back in case of cease of services.
Replacement or repair of accessories including lead/remote etc. is chargeable as per actual price (as declared by Siti) of such accessories.
Installation charges/Re-installation charges/re-location charges shall be charged as per applicable rates prescribed by TRAI under Quality of Service Regulations’ 2017.
Deposit Amount to be refunded in case STB is returned (within 3 years) along with all accessories in good working condition certified by Technical Department
Siti has the right to withdraw/replace this scheme at its sole discretion in compliance with the regulations.

OUTRIGHT PURCHASE SCHEMES

Up front charges (Rs.)	Rs. 1200/- for SD STB and Rs. 1500/- for HD STB
Refund	STB sold under outright purchase scheme will be on non-returnable basis.
Activation charges	Rs.100/- for SD and HD STB

All prices above are exclusive of taxes, as applicable.

Warranty period for STBs under outright purchase scheme shall be 12 months from the date of installation of STB.
No repair and maintenance charges shall be applicable during the warranty period, provided STB has been used in normal working conditions and is not tampered with.
During the warranty period the STB will be repaired or replaced within 24 hours of receipt of complaint.
Post warranty period you can avail of Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) on optional basis for Rs. 20/- per month.
In case you do not opt for the AMC, repair will be undertaken by the Company on chargeable basis as per actual.
Replacement or repair of accessories including adopter/remote etc. are chargeable as per actual price (as declared by the Company) of such accessories.
Installation charges/Re-installation charges/re-location charges shall be charged as per applicable rates prescribed by TRAI under Quality of Service Regulations’ 2017.
Siti has the right to withdraw/replace this scheme at its sole discretion in compliance with the regulations

RENTAL SCHEME

Security Deposit (Rs.)	Rs. 750/- for SD STB and Rs. 900/- for HD STB
Rent per month (Rs.)	Rs.50/- for SD STB and Rs.60/- for HD STB up to 36 months. No rental beyond 36 months.
Refund	Security deposit is refundable subject to deduction of 5% for each month of usage period subject to terms and conditions mentioned below.
Activation Charges	Rs,100 per STB
Repair Charges	No repair charges for first 36 months. Actual repair charges beyond 36 months.

ELECTRONIC PROGRAM GUIDE (EPG)

Electronic Program Guide (EPG) is a guide which enable viewers to view programs, information and other options of interest without disrupting the program they are viewing. The EPG displays the name, start time, and date of all programs and also upcoming programs of all pay channels including their synopsis.

INFORMATION BANNERS

The on screen information banner allows the viewer to browse the schedule listing for the channel they want to watch. It also provides short program descriptions without disturbing their viewing.

PARENTAL CONTROLS

This feature empowers subscriber to set password and block channels with certain ratings values from being viewed. Best applied to keep parental control over children regarding the channels viewable by them.

LANGUAGE SELECTION

This feature empowers subscriber to watch his favourite channels in his preferred language, if there is multiple language audio broadcast from the broadcaster.

Front Side

The front side of the STB has various option buttons which you can use to control your STB. In case the remote control button is not available, you can use these control buttons to operate your STB.

Back Side

The back side of the STB has all the important terminals for audio and video connectivity. It also has the power plughole and cable IN and OUT junctions which you can use while connecting your STB to TV.

Remote Control Unit

The remote control is a fully functional device which you can use to operate your TV & STB. Various functions are associated with each color key in the main menu and in the sub- menu.
