The prepaid recharge once processed, can neither be refunded for cash nor be transferred to any other account.

Refund of Rs 550 in case of single band ONT and Rs 1000 in case of Dual band is applicable, provided, customer completes one year on our network. If it is less than one year no refund is applicable and customer must return the ONT in working condition

Customer can buy SITI recommended router/accessories or any other equipment of equivalent specifications.
Activation charges are non-refundable.

Security Deposit wherever applicable is refundable in case of customer separation post 1 Year lock-in period of Usage.
The tariff plans / offers are subject to Guideline/ Directives / Orders issued by TRAI and or DOT.
